Hendrick’s Neptunia gin joins the brand’s new roster of gins
Created on the grounds of the esteemed Hendrick’s Gin Palace, located on the rugged Ayrshire coast of southwest Scotland, this gin was inspired by the enchanting melody of waves which entranced Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie as she strolled along the local beaches.

The result is an unmistakably Hendrick’s creation, with notes of cucumber and rose at its core, but the added depth of ocean floor and citrus from the use of Scottish coastal botanicals gives the gin a more balmy character.

Brewerkz and Sentosa launch a new limited edition beer
Sentosa teamed up with Brewerkz to launch the resort island’s Jubilee Edition Islander Brew, adding a brand new flavour inspired by Sentosa’s plants to the Islander Brew series. With two designs depicting Sentosa by day and by night, the Jubilee edition of the Islander Brew marks the fifth carbon-neutral beer rolled out under the partnership between two of Singapore’s most well-known brands.
The limited Jubilee Edition Islander Brew features the Lychee Pale Ale flavour, inspired by Sentosa’s “island lychee” trees (Pometia pinnata). The Sentosa-inspired flavour is a trademark of the Islander Brew series, with the previous four flavours also inspired by plants found in Sentosa: cocoa, lime, jasmine and nutmeg.
The beer is available at participating Sentosa dining establishments, supermarkets, and online retail stores until the end of the year.
Limited-edition Citadelle pickle flavoured gin
French gin distiller Citadelle, as part of their ‘Les Excentriques’ range of small-batch limited-edition releases, launched the Vive Le Cornichon or ‘love live pickles’ in French, made with actual french pickles.
This savoury gin was produced as part of continuing efforts to push the boundaries of gin making. The result is a gin that is similar to the familiar and much-loved Citadelle Gin, but with added briny undertones that are especially poignant on the finish.
This is a highly limited release and is available at select bars in Singapore.
Specific Gravity Bow & Arrow Chocolate Ale
Local craft brewer Specific Gravity along with Singapore bean-to-bar craft chocolatiers Lemuel partnered to develop the Bow & Arrow Ale. Made with cacao beans from Ecuador, this ale contains locally roasted and processed beans that are brewed into an amber-hued ale (5.2 percent ABV) with tempered chocolate tones. There is also a hint of ginger for spiciness and to balance out the flavour profile.
