Who knew that Christmas cocktails might actually be quite fun. Well, apparently the folks from Gudsht, an awesome bar in Singapore that just launched a series of bottled Christmas cocktails.
They sent us a batch to try because it is Christmas and we also love to try new things. So to help our travel community in Singapore, we’ve reviewed the cocktails and want to share our experience here.

There are three awesome original concoctions – Grinch Juice, Papa Noel’s Negroni and Merry Cinna-Nog, which come in 120 ML bottles for a stiff drink.
Here’s what we think about the Christmas cocktails.
Merry Cinna-Nog
This cocktail is ABV 15.7, so while not being overly strong, it does pack a bit of a kick. Made with cinnamon-infused Auchentoshan Three Wood single malt whiskey, Baileys Irish Cream, amaretto, honey and milk, this is a unique twist on the traditional Christmas eggnog is a creamy delight.
It is perfect for a fun Christmas drink and is easy to get through, though as mentioned, it does pack a bit of a kick. It can be a bit sweet, but it balances well over time and is a fun cocktail to get you into the spirit of the holidays.
Papa Noel’s Negroni
This one is our favourite and is most likely the cocktail you’ll find familiar. It is a classic Negroni with a bit of a twist, but a tasty one at that. It is the strongest of the three as well at ABV 19.2.
Their use of Sloe gin to compliment the Campari, Martini Rosso and Amaretto makes a very nice Negroni that wouldn’t be amiss at any cocktail bar. So sipping on one in the comfort of your home isn’t a bad idea at all.
It is definitely something we strongly recommend for those who love a stiff cocktail for their evenings.
Grinch juice
The most Christmas cocktail is left for last, as the Grinch Juice is easy drinking and rum-based. Made with Bacardi Negra, Aperol, Blue Curacao, Limoncello, Elderflower syrup and citrus juices. It is also the least alcoholic of the three, measuring at ABV 14.2.
Drinking a green cocktail can be quite a visual challenge, but you’ll be surprised at how easily it goes down. This seems like the msot Christmas cocktail in the sense that it is made for easy drinking and for the widest audience.
We enjoyed it as well but felt the other two had more character. However, for many who want a light, tasty Christmas cocktail, you cannot go wrong with the Gudsht Grinch Juice.
About Gudsht
The bar was born out of the pandemic, offering bottled cocktails for the millions of us stuck at home for our own safety. While not entirely new in Singapore, bottled cocktails were still not that popular in the country, though they saw the opportunity with the lack of drinking options.
They have just under 20 different bottled cocktails including the three Christmas cocktails that we’re raving about.
Following the success of their bottled version, they have two physical locations at Cathay Cineleisure and King George. Now, they offer both bottled cocktails as well as a full bar experience.
